VDIAGTOOL VD80 BT is an 8-inch Android 10 diagnostic tablet (1280×800 screen, quad-core 1.5 GHz, 64 GB storage, 5000 mAh battery) that talks to the car through a wireless Bluetooth VCI. It runs OE-level full-system diagnostics on 80+ brands: read/clear codes in all modules, live data with 8-in-1 graphing, freeze frame, auto scan with a one-touch health report and a real-time network topology map of the vehicle's ECUs.
Advanced functions include bidirectional (active) tests of pumps, injectors, fans and body components, online ECU coding and adaptations (with guided functions for the VAG group), basic key programming / IMMO functions on supported models and 42+ service resets (oil, EPB, SAS, BMS, DPF, throttle relearn and more). Supports CAN FD and DoIP; secure-gateway access for FCA vehicles requires a paid AutoAuth account.
Dual-band Wi-Fi for updates and online functions; 3 years of free software updates, after that an optional paid annual subscription.

VD80 BT: basic key programming / IMMO is not listed per make (no list published). J2534 pass-thru is a paid unlock (VD80BT series) and needs OEM software. FCA secure gateway needs a paid AutoAuth account. 3 years of free updates, then optional paid subscription. Makes and service functions are taken from VDIAGTOOL's own online coverage database (vdiagtool.com/support/vehicle-coverage, checked 2026-10-08). VDIAGTOOL publishes no model-year ranges per make, so makes are listed from 1996 – the real coverage depends on model, year and system; check your VIN with VDIAGTOOL before buying. Generic OBD2/EOBD functions work on the other common makes (US-market vehicles from 1996, EU-market petrol from 2001 and diesel from 2004). Chinese-market joint-venture versions (e.g. SAIC-VW, FAW-VW, Beijing Benz, Brilliance BMW), Brazilian GM and commercial vehicles beyond the heavy-duty packs are not listed here. Truck and bus coverage (Hyundai, Isuzu, GAZ, PAZ, Jinlong, JMC, depending on the model) comes from VDIAGTOOL's heavy-duty packs; VDIAGTOOL is a 12 V tool, so 24 V vehicles may need an adapter.
